πΌStroller
Tel Aviv's flat coastal strip (Promenade, Dizengoff area, Rothschild Boulevard) is excellent for strollers with smooth wide pavements and good urban infrastructure. The White City's Bauhaus streets are manageable. Jaffa's old city has cobblestones requiring a carrier.
π½οΈFood & Eating
Israeli cafe culture is very family-welcoming and brunch is a religion here. Hummus, fresh salads, shakshuka, and pita bread are excellent toddler foods. Carmel Market is lively and stimulating for young children. High chairs are common in Tel Aviv restaurants.
π‘οΈSafety
The security situation requires families to stay informed via government travel advisories β the situation can change quickly. Within the city itself, day-to-day tourist life proceeds normally with a low street crime rate. Always follow local advice about current travel conditions.
π₯Hospitals
Ichilov Hospital (Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Centre) has an excellent paediatric emergency department. Dana-Dwek Children's Hospital within Ichilov is Israel's largest children's hospital. English is widely spoken throughout the medical system.
